This app feels like a bait-and-switch. The advertised sync and advisory capabilities do not work as described. After running into issues, support asked for access to my account, which I provided, only to receive no response or solution. Two days later, when I followed up, I was told the software “wasn’t working” because the trial had ended and that I needed to upgrade. If the trial limitation was the issue, that should have been disclosed upfront. It makes no sense to request account access, go silent, and then later claim the only solution is paying to upgrade. Poor communication, misleading expectations, and an overall frustrating experience.

The reason our team asked for access to your store was not to encourage an upgrade, but to thoroughly investigate the issue and verify whether there were any configuration or data-related problems. For apps that work directly with store data and synchronization, it's important for us to review the setup carefully before drawing conclusions or recommending a solution.
We understand how the timeline may have felt frustrating from your perspective, and we apologize if our communication did not set expectations clearly enough. That was certainly not the experience we intended to provide.
Our intention in requesting access was to first ensure there were no underlying issues with your setup or data before discussing plan-related limitations.

We installed this app to solve a straightforward inventory sync issue, and instead it caused a critical outage on our live site. Orders were blocked, our storefront was disrupted, and we lost thousands in sales.
Support has been slow and disjointed. Despite the issue being logged and worked on for 2 days, we're asked to re explain the problem rather than seeing active resolution. This level of response is unacceptable.

It works if you're okay with manually inputting your inventory. I thought the App will get a master SKU -> sync qty to subsequent SKU, but it's actually more manual where it will make you input the value for the "master SKU" then the app updates the subsequent SKUs' location to the "master SKU" location so their way to "sync" inventory. Ideally I would of liked the app to save/collect the master SKU qty -> push / update that value to all subsequent SKUs qty you assign to match the Master SKU's inventory so it "syncs" all duplicate or subsequent SKU you assigned (for like t-shirts or etc with variants)
This app works okay most of the time and customer service is responsive, but twice now this app has had software updates which has meant there has been a period of days when products have not synced throwing our inventory off. For an app where the sole purpose is to sync inventory, this is really poor.
We have been using this seamlessly to offer paperback bundles to our customers. When I noticed all our inventory was suddenly out of stock on our website, I emailed Easify, thinking it was an app issue.
Tracy suggested turning off Easify to determine if it was their app, or a native Shopify issue. By doing this I quickly discovered it was an issue with Shopify itself not Easify.

Finally, I can properly manage my made-to-order products and display the correct inventory amount on my website, so I never sell items that aren’t actually available. Especially for products that share the same stock (like different variants or custom options), this app keeps everything perfectly in sync. If you run a made-to-order or partially customized business, this is an absolute game changer. Support has been quick and helpful, setup was intuitive, and I love that they added inventory thresholds for proactive stock alerts - super useful for keeping track before things run out. Highly recommended!

I had a hard time figuring out how to bundle inventory on my website and then I downloaded this app. They have a live chat feature and are EXTREMELY helpful! I shared screenshots and explained what I was trying to do, and Liv from their live chat team walked me through every step. Awesome app with great customer support!

I needed help with sorting out bundle groups - so I used the chat and Mari was amazing. It wasn't as complex as I thought, but just needed some guidance on how to achieve what I was looking for. Thanks Mari for your help :)
Also relieved that this app can help sort out my inventory issues, as have multi item bundles and were manually changing inventory which got stressful. So grateful to have Easify to solve that. and that it's free for a small business like us helps a lot.

Really useful app for keeping inventory in sync between master SKUs and related variants or bundles. It runs quietly in the background and saves a lot of time we'd otherwise spend updating things manually. The support team has also been great — quick and helpful whenever needed.
