We have been writing mails and not getting any response from Easy ads team. 8,149.05 INR is spent so far other than what is charged by Easy ads and we got zero conversion so far. Our CPC in easy ads is 8times compared to when we run ads directly on facebook.

I tested this app last year and uninstalled it when we hired an ad agency.
This year I was surpsied to go back through my ad manager results and saw that the Easy Ads campaign had the highest ROAS since starting in 2018.
Therefore, I've installed it again to see if it helps with the recent Facebook ad woes. I will update the review in a month to share my results.

Easy to make ads and integrate with your products. However, I got zero conversions in one month. I would get at least 2-3 per week with my own ads. Their audit told me to narrow my audience. So I did, and then my ads weren't shown for an entire week. The app doesn't even notify you. I asked why and they told me I needed to broaden my audience. The audit didn't mention my ad copy, then they told me "of course" the ad copy would be mistaken for spam. Not helpful and the tone they use is not friendly. Not recommended.

Sometimes an audience is too broad to find buyers, and other times narrowing it can cause Facebook’s delivery to pause if the group becomes too small. We are sorry the notification for this pause wasn't clear; we are working to make our AI-driven system even more transparent so you always know your campaign status in real-time.
2. Ad Copy & Conversions: Regarding the ad copy, our AI is designed to simplify the creation process, but Meta's policies on "spam-like" content can be strict and change frequently. Our goal is to help you navigate these hurdles. Since you mentioned getting 2–3 sales per week on your own, it shows your products have great potential. We would love to re-evaluate your store to see if there is a technical "blocker" or a specific copy tweak that could bring those conversion levels back to your Easy Ads campaigns.
3. Moving Forward: We want to turn this experience around. Je tiens à partager mon expérience exceptionnelle avec EasyAds, et plus particulièrement avec Ouissal. Pour être honnête, je n’ai jamais vu un service client d’une application Shopify se donner autant de mal pour la réussite d'un utilisateur.
Ouissal a été extraordinaire : elle s'est connectée directement à mon ordinateur pour prendre le temps de tout vérifier avec moi. Elle m’a accompagné pas à pas, à chaque étape, sans jamais compter ses heures. C’est bien plus qu’un simple support technique, c’est un véritable coaching personnalisé.
Ce qui m’a le plus marqué :
Une compréhension immédiate : Elle a tout de suite cerné ma niche (Travel Tech) et mes besoins. Elle ne donne pas de conseils génériques ; ses recommandations étaient précises et parfaitement adaptées à mes produits.
Une compétence technique rare : Au-delà de sa grande bienveillance, c’est une experte. La communication est fluide, elle comprend tout du premier coup et sait rendre les choses simples.

Don't recommend this app at all. It is a big waste of money. No conversions, just a few and very expensive. We followed all their steps to assure it is just useless. We know about meta ads, we just wanted to enhance our conversions but instead we ended up only losing money. Once Ouissal gave us a support but when we doubt about his suggestions, he didn't seem to be very happy. Their arguments are very poor but as we know how to run ads we are aware of what works and what not. Many innocent and people expect to get miracles here but sometimes AI is not as intelligent as they say. As a recommendation, learn yourselves how to run ads and you are very likely to get better results than the ones from these kind of apps. Don't take the easy path, learn by your own, test on your own. By the way, their data was way too inaccurate, their end provided much more conversions than the real ones. They blamed facebook but that is false. That never happens to us with our direct ads on meta ads.

Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde déception concernant l'application Easy Ads sur Shopify. À mon avis, c'est une arnaque complète. Les avis positifs que vous pouvez lire semblent complètement faux et trompeurs.
Le support client est particulièrement incompétent. Au lieu de fournir une assistance utile et adaptée, ils m'ont simplement conseillé de cibler le marché anglophone avec mes publicités, alors que mon site est exclusivement francophone. Cela montre une incompréhension totale de leur part des besoins spécifiques de leurs utilisateurs.
En termes de résultats, l'expérience a été désastreuse. J'ai dépensé 350 euros pour des campagnes publicitaires via cette application et n'ai généré que 4 commandes. Le retour sur investissement est inexistant et cette dépense n'a fait que creuser un trou dans mon budget marketing.
En résumé, je déconseille vivement l'utilisation de Easy Ads sur Shopify. L'application ne tient pas ses promesses et le support client est loin d'être à la hauteur. Économisez votre temps et votre argent, et cherchez des alternatives plus fiables pour vos campagnes publicitaires en ligne.

Review after 1 week of use;
Pros:
It's very easy to setup and the interface is very user-friendly. Love it.
Cons:
1-I had an issue with payment on Meta and ads stopped. It's ok but this app deleted all the data on my funnel. Statistics and campaign setup is gone forever!!! It would be great to reactivate and continue from the point where it stopped.
2-I don't know how to track orders generated from this app.
