not every app is for everyone, i could work out it myself i'm not the tech expert. but one thing i loved was the support team help in getting my refund back which was charged.
love the support i will definitely try to come back once i learn more about the app and how to work it out

I installed this app, but I uninstalled it later. Still, it keeps charging me $19 every month. This is a total fraud. No one should use it — I’ve had a very bad experience.

Billing & Shopify Management:
Kindly note that Shopify handles all billing for all apps on their platform, including Easy Ads. We do not have any access whatsoever to your payment information or the ability to charge you directly. This is a standard process across the Shopify App Store.
Refunds & Support:
We can, however, issue a charge reversal or a full refund depending on your case and eligibility. To resolve this immediately, please contact us via our live chat on our app or website. We would love to check your issue and issue a full refund if you are eligible.

My ad campaign only started today and I've already had my first sale - I hope it will be the first of many. Ouissal gave me invaluable support when I was setting the Easy Ads app up and has been very attentive generally, offering great advice on how best to get the most from the campaign.
I TAKE THEIR 10 DAY TRAIL AND USED FOR JUST 1 DAY AND THEY SEND ME A BILL AFTER MONTH WHEN I ALREADY CANCELL SUBSCRIPTION FROM MY TRAIL PERIOD .

Just to clarify, Shopify manages all billing directly. If the app isn’t fully uninstalled before the trial ends, Shopify will automatically issue the first invoice. This is a standard process across all apps on the Shopify App Store.
