Merchants describe this as a central logistics tool and “game changer” for DHL shipping, especially in Germany. It automates label, invoice, and customs document creation in Shopify, supports bulk labels, tracking emails, pick lists, storage locations, and cheapest-rate selection. Setup is quick, performance reliable, and documentation helpful. Support is frequently praised as fast, friendly, and expert. Pricing is seen as fair, especially for high-volume and non‑EU shippers.
