wonderful app--very easy to install and configure. App support is immediate and helpful. A great simple solution for wholesale orders. Nothing else like it.
Great app and extremely responsive support. I had some additional requirements and everything was done quickly and with quality.

I am absolutely amazed by the quick response I've got in an urgent situation using this app :) We have a brand that requires a request from customers purchasing items from our online store and the app is very easy to use. This time I had to release the brand from the requirement - usually it's done in no time but I had a different issue that the team fixed with no problems :) I really do recommend this app to everyone :)
One of the great support I have ever seen on Shopify. Needed some html customization and other details and they have done everything in less than 1 day. App itself works great, does exactly the same as it's in description. Highly recommended!
I used this app to collect orders on my website from wholesale customers who have terms with us! It was so easy! The form is not complicated, I had is up and running in about 20 min not even. It does exactly what I need!
Thanks for a great app!
I needed to add email order form to certain products and I couldn't find right app. This was closest app I could find and still needed to modify some features. I reached out support and I got instant reply and rest was nothing but awesome! What an amazing support! Ilia was very helpful! Mission accomplished! Thank you again Ilia!
This Is the Best App on Shopify, from Best I Mean the Best Among All the Apps. the Reason Is that It Converts the Best Because of Very Easy Checkout Form.
I Really Wish It Recognises Customers if The Customers Provide There Phone Number only And No Email, Then Its Gonna Be Magical App.
