I love the app! As it is free, it gives really good results. What would be nice to have, is that the customer could rate the products, just by clicking on the starts to rate. Right now, the customer needs to click on the button "Write a review" which is at the bottom. Maybe it's my settings wrong or I am not allowed to make a different setup on the starter plan. Overall, highly recommended!!!

In response to your suggestion, we've implemented a feature where clicking on the star ratings automatically scrolls the customer to the "Write a review" section. We hope this enhancement improves your experience with our app.

Was working fine until I randomly received this error message when trying to check the reviews:

Domain: NSURLErrorDomain
Error Code: -1200
Description: An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made.

Can't see reviews.
Tried to reach out for support on two issues with no response to either. It my be free, but it's not worth that.

Die Installation war tricky, die ID wurde nicht automatisch gezogen, wo das Widget erscheinen soll. Ich musste alles manuell einpflegen.
Aber schlimmer noch: ich sehe 2 Rezensionen im Dashboard, beide stehen auf veröffentlicht, aber auf der Produktseite sieht man einfach nichts bzw 0 Bewertungen...
Nirgendwo eine Info woran es liegen kann. Ich habe den Starter Plan und die App wird als kompatibel angezeigt.
Daher wieder deinstalliert. Schade
