EasyScan Inventory & Barcode

We added EasyScan: SKU and Barcode hoping to help us manage our inventory and locations to help reduce our mis-picks with orders! So far we've been able to accomplish everything we hoped we could and more! The customer service has also been exceptional. We have only had to reach out for help once so far and it was to see what the process was to add a label template. Not only was the response extremely quick (within 24 hours), but they were able to add the specific label template our team needed to the program that day! We very much appreciate EasyScan as a program so far and our team cannot wait to see what else we can do to utilize this program to its fullest!

Very intuitive and easy to use app with phenomenal customer service! Our store has grown significantly and needed a barcode solution to reduce packing errors, but I had no idea where to start. I heard an interview with the developer of EasyScan on a podcast and knew this was the solution we were looking for. The app makes it easy to assign barcodes/UPC/SKU's to all products, even if you've never done something like this before. I had an issue with my label printer printing the barcode labels and customer support jumped on a call to get it sorted out...even though the problem wasn't with their app. Five star app, five star customer service, and highly recommended.

We love easy scan. We are a small business and needed a barcode system that would prevent mistakes when filling Shopify orders. This app totally solved our problems. They have been extremely helpful on the support side as well. From helping us set this app up on our end to problem solving a couple of issues, their team could not be more helpful. They actually care and want the app to work well for your business. I would recommend easy scan to anyone who needs an internal barcode system for order fulfillment. Especially nice, their system quickly and easily creates unique barcodes for your products. No need to have GS1 barcodes to use this app.

I needed an app that let me scan products in store and print out the shelf edge labels using a mobile printer and a mobile phone. This product didn't actually have that precise functionality though it did lots of other great things. I explained my requirements to Charlie, one of the devs, and he understood what I needed instantly. What is more, he said he would add that functionality to the app and it would be ready within the week. He was a man of his word and now I have this superduper app that can spit out shelf edge labels in all of our 23 stores. It is truly a lifesaver because no other app on Shopify can do this. Well done Charlie on going above and beyond to help us out. We are astounded.

Absolutely faultless! I cannot praise this app enough nor the support and developer! From installation to help with queries this has been a phenomenal experience. Charlie helped me with some pre-sales questions on how to get started then after I instaled the app it worked perfectly. If you are a shopify store looking for inventory management, barcoding, 3PL barcoding, stock level controls or fulfilling orders accurately then this is your go to app! Its amazing and I think the develper has thought of everything you could need. We run a seasonally busy store where all products have lots of multiple variants. This means our warehouse has a vast quantity of stock that is grouped into tiny individual amounts. Finding and picking orders can be time consuming and very tricky to get right without barcodes and process. Shopify alone has a process that works but human error is costly as wrong items have to be returned and replaced, and customers serviced to their satisfaction. EasyScan has helped enormously and greatly reduced human errors. We have been able to adopt supplier barcodes and introduce our own for products we manufacturer. Stock counts are almost fun and we have almost entirely removed all picking and packing errors. This product saves time, reduces errors, help our business scale without more staff and has helped us improve customer satisfaction by getting orders right 1st time. Plus Charlie offers great support.

I really can’t say enough good things about this app and Charlie’s customer service, but I will certainly try! From the moment that we decided to go with EasyScan, Charlie has been extremely helpful, kind, and patient with all our questions and requests to review things in more detail. We've recently started using EasyScan to aid us in improving accuracy with order fulfillment in conjunction with Shopify, and it's great! The interface is intuitive and functions integrate seamlessly into existing Shopify settings with options for barcode/SKU customization in the app. When we had questions or suggestions, the EasyScan team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond and held a remote meeting with us to nail down a couple issues so that the app could work to meet our specific needs. This is more than can be said for too many developers and it alone makes EasyScan stand out. This app makes it extremely straightforward to create barcodes for products, print them on labels, and use a scanner (or cellphone camera!) to fulfill orders piece by piece with accuracy and ease. The app also has options to check and manage your store’s inventory. Existing barcodes are readily available to view and edit, and the barcodes scan quickly and accurately. We are thrilled about these needs now being met with EasyScan and highly recommend it, and the team behind it.
