It makes it much easier for customers to find compatible items and reduces support questions. Game changing app for us. The app is straight forward to use and the support has been outstanding (and fast!) Helped get us up and running in a very short amount of time. Everyone we dealt with was customer focused and gave very clear explanations and great mockups of ideas for what we were trying to accomplish.

This app has never worked correctly. We have tried customer support and no one seems to know what’s wrong with it. Year make model will show 15 different vehicles and products that are not related to your search. We really wanted this to work. But they blame Shopify instead of fixing the issues.

The app is designed to work based on the configured database, linking search criteria to results. So, if you experience discrepancies between in-app and native Shopify search results, this typically indicates incomplete product assignments to search criteria.

Once I managed to get my head around the difference to my original app, this product was perfect. the team at Nexus helped me with some additional coding for my store and they were there after when I had another problem (Caused by myself editing) They have been extremely professional throughout and I look forward to offering there search feature to my customers when the store goes live.

I have tried a few of these types of apps and this is the easiest to use but even better than that is the support. I had an issue with a collection not working correctly, I contacted the support who fixed the issue even though it was not caused by the app itself!
