Great app, great team.

I had several problems with multiple other Ebay integration apps not performing as expected, resulting in overselling and mis-synchronised inventory.

On first impressions, this app was instantly better. I noticed a few issues, and again some overselling (but this was nothing to do with this app). The team were very responsive on the live chat, and even called me to arrange a quick video call with their whole team so that we could resolve the overselling problem.

They identified that this was due to an old app still connected to ebay which was causing issues, and after removing that three weeks ago, everything has worked perfectly.

Great app, worked well to sync my ebay stock in bulk to my Shopify store. Had to manually update a few details but core things like Vendor (Brand), title and description pulled through.

Due to changing up my shop and only needing manual uploads I decided to cancel but got a bit confused by the renewal date being different to billing date and ended up paying before I could cancel. The team were very good at refunding me quickly for the confusion.

This was a huge shift for REWORK to bring more second hand appliances to Londoners. To integrate our current shop on eBay with our new platform was made much easier with this app, and the support team are great. I had a lot of questions and every time I reached out they provided a solution for us or fixed the problem. I'd recommend it to any e-commerce owner looking to expand their audiences online

I like this app. I learned how to use it quickly. It is easy to use and does all the necessary functions. I have been using it for over a year and I am happy with everything. The support works well. I recommend this app.

It is so much better than other apps I have tried and wasted my time on. This one is well thought out and makes it easy to fix any omissions.

App working well, have used a few eBay integration apps, so far this is the best we have used.
The fact it syncs both ways and syncs all products ( as long as the SKU is the same on eBay and Shopify make it sol simple

The greatest Ebay exporter I found. I tried almost all available apps, this one is the best and the easiest... Thanks to the developer. Hoping for new feature like adding additional store in one account..

It's still early days as I only installed this app yesterday, and so far I like what I see - especially when compared to the previous apps I had used in the past.

Set up was really easy, the app is so straightforward that I had most of our Shopify products uploaded to eBay within a couple of hours. It only took that long as I created several different profiles for grouping the products.

I only experienced one upload error on one product. I went on the Chat which was answered almost immediately by Hem who was excellent and sorted out the problem in only a couple of minutes.

Thus far the product syncing seems to work well for inventory quantities from Shopify to eBay. As we have only just started listing on eBay again, it is too early for any sales from eBay, so I can't comment on syncing eBay to Shopify or order syncing.

Al in all, though, I am so pleased that I found this app.
