Only installed a few hours ago but seems to work exceptionally well so far. I raised a quick query via live chat and was impressed to see Shreya appear to assist so promptly and provide an immediate solution. The customer service is exceptional. I had no idea why one specific order was not being synced correctly. It took them only a few minutes that the problem was on my end. I had a product variant present in ebay, which I had not yet created in shopify. So the problem was on my end but because of the quick help I was able to solve this.
Syncing links between the two platforms has been incredibly convenient. It saved me a lot of time on listing products, making the entire process much more efficient.
