If you have been managing a Shopify store for a long time, you'll find the CedCommerce platform quite familiar. The app can automatically match existing eBay listings with your products on Shopify (this was a MUST for us since we have rich multimedia on our eBay listings and want to be distinct from standard listings. To do so, match your SKU on your eBay listings with your Shopify products' SKU. I had to reach out to the CedCommerce team once so they could finish checking three products that, for whatever reason, couldn't match automatically (This is probably because those eBay listings have videos and other complex elements in the description). They solved this mystery in 3 minutes. We are new customers. Therefore, we will assess the reliability of fulfilling orders from eBay through this app in the next couple of months.

This app has been such an amazing time saver for me. After the initial set up, with some help from the team, the app seamlessly syncs my orders and inventory between Ebay and Shopify. Before I installed Ebay Marketplace Integration I was manually syncing my inventory which was so time consuming and I sometimes miscalculated - not anymore. I also love being able to see my orders from Ebay and Shopify in one place.

The eBay integration app connect your Shopify store with the ebay marketplace. The app directly imports products from Shopify to the app first. After preparing the products as per ebay guidelines, you can easily list out your products on ebay via bulk upload action through the app. You can also upload only selected items on ebay through the app.
The app provides the automatic near real-time inventory syncing for Inventory & Price also when any order placed on the ebay marketplace, the integration app automatically create those orders into Shopify store and send the shipping details from Shopify store to ebay marketplace.

App works well - very important to check the configuration app settings to ensure you have selected which attributes you want to sync between eBay and shopify. If you are listed in several selling channels and want to have channel specific titles and descriptions un-check title and description that way you can differentiate listings in both channels. App takes a little time to get used to but it saves quite a bit of time.

The ebay integration app lists your Shopify products on the ebay marketplace. As sellers manage online selling through a central location but sometimes they need to update the Title, Description, Price, Inventory, etc. as per marketplace's guidelines; that is why our development team has given this management in our integration apps.
With this management, without managing the listings from Shopify, you can manage & update the product's information from the App. You need to off the syncing of the particular field from the configuration section of the App that will disable the syncing from Shopify to the App and then, after from the App, update the products' information. After making the changes, you can upload the products on ebay.
There are many actions to be performed while sending the products for listings on eBay, so it may take time to understand, but once you become familiar with the setting, it works faster than your expectations.
The Development team is continuously working on the panel to make it more user-friendly and trying to automate all the processes.

I was able to use this app by successfully linking my eBay products and Shopify items so that whenever a change is made in Shopify the eBay items will update. This saves time, so I'm not relisting in two places. It's not difficult at all but if there are any questions the CedCommerce Team is right there to coach you through it. This should be a great app for anyone looking to save time and cost. I have tried other integrations with eBay and other marketplaces but they were prohibitively expensive and took weeks to learn the software. Here I was up and running in no time and their team is super responsive to questions 24 hours a day, where previously I needed to make appointments to ask questions once a week with other integrations. You cannot go wrong with this app, very functional and support is A+++
