We were using a different product, but it could not handle our needs. We have 4 different sites with a mix of Magento and Shopify.
We did our research and found Webgility handled our stores better in reguards to sync'ing with Quickbooks, Enterprise Desktop with advance inventory. It is always nervous changing programs, but we went for it. It took about a month to set up and get going but we are up and running now.
We worked with Faizan, who worked hard to get us up and running smoothly while training us.
Arun is the man. One heck of an implementation manager that was able to answer every. single. question. that I had. He single handedly made implementing Webgility into our decades old QB easy peazy.
Highly recommend.
Great customer support, easy to use once ypu have the proper training, this is a valuable tool for our business.
