Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop

Today, with the help of Prerit Agrawal of Webgility, we integrated our Shopify orders into our QuickBooks program. Prerit is a fantastic teacher. I learned how to Map products and to transfer our Shopify orders and payments into QuickBooks. This is going to save our team so much time. We will now be able to focus our attention on growing our business even more. I wish I would have subscribed to Webgility sooner.

Works great with Quickbooks Enterprise, we post the sales receipts consolidated to match deposits and not overburden QB with too many sales receipts.

I wished Webgility for QB Online worked the same, but consolidation only works with automation in that version and therefore does not line up with deposits. It needs a manual consolidation option like desktop.

We have been using Webgility since 2011, and it's been great. The platform is very user friendly and easy to learn and use. Their support team is also great, always quick to resolve any issues we have and i like that they remote on to your computer to assist you.

I have been using this integration Webgility and Quickbooks desktop since October last year (3 months) and it was been working great, the customer support is always there to answer and solve any question that I might had

Webgility has made it possible to transfer our data from shopify into QuickBooks the way that we wanted it to be. The customer service has always been so patient and helpful. Would recommend using if you want more detailed information posted into QuickBooks.

I faced a problem with a few payouts not syncing properly from Webgility Desktop to QuickBooks Desktop. Aditi Verma provided excellent support, logging in remotely to adjust the payment mapping and resolve the issue. I’m incredibly grateful for the assistance, which allowed me to get back to managing my business smoothly and effectively.

Webgility was the solution we needed to connect our Shopify store with our QuickBooks Desktop file. Their Sales Team was responsive and knowledgeable. Onboarding Team made the process super smooth. Inventory Management - QBO is our source of truth (yes webgility desktop work with QBO) and we sell in person from QuickBooks (invoices to wholesale customers, and even occasionally walk-ins) Webgility Desktop is able to sync inventory from QBO to Shopify

To make matters tougher on shopify we only sell in bundles.

It's a challenge, but Webgility is the affordable solution to inventory management.

I just completed the onboarding process for Webgility, and I couldn't be more impressed! The step-by-step guidance was clear and intuitive, making it easy to navigate through the features.
