The app itself can be a bit glitchy/clunky. For the app I would give 4 stars. But the chat overcomes that for us.

Easy to use and agents are very helpful! They respond to you right if you have any concerns about the app. The pricing is more favorable compared to other themes as well so I think this is worth it.
