Intuitive interface with a variety of options available for pages. I did get lost once but Jade with support helped me quickly and efficiently. Was wondering how this app would be and I'm very happy with it so far
Easy to build with presets but also has a great ability to customise features exactly the way you want it. Hope that even more features are released in the future. Customer support is also great with live in chat feature, having dealt with Eric and Andy, they've been great to answer any questions I have.
I have been using EComposer for 3 months and just upgraded to the paid version. This app is best for someone like me who is not a developer and wants to build a modern, great-looking website. Ecomposer has many features and gives you control over how you design and brand your website as per your store. If you get stuck, 24/7 support is available to help you out, and they always respond quickly.
Crazy that this app is only $39/mo! They could probably charge 10x that and it would be worth the price. Really easy to use and intuitive page builder that integrates seamlessly with your shopify theme. Plenty of design flexibility and makes our graphic designers happy to have a page builder that they can fully customize. It's taken our landing pages to a whole new level.
Also worth mentioning that their customer support is fantastic. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to help me out, and they've never not been able to sort out any issues. Shout out to Olivia, who's sharp as a tack and incredibly patient with us as we work through various issues.
This tool has been invaluable in helping me to design and build out my store on Shopify. The basic design tool was not enough to bring my vision to life. Having a design and development background helped immensely and the team at Ecomposer is super responsive and very helpful in the process. I look forward to continuing my design and development with EComposer.
I haven't been using this feature for too long yet, but so far it's very easy to use with still a lot of customizable options. I wanted to add a feature, and when I contacted support Olivia responded within minutes with a helpful correct answer. I also messed up part of the design and couldn't figure out what I did, so I messaged again and within a minute it was fixed. As someone that works with a lot of different systems, I can honestly say I haven't had someone that fast in a long time!
EComposer Builder has been a game-changer for my Shopify store. The user-friendly, drag-and-drop interface made it easy to create stunning, professional pages quickly. Their customer support is outstanding—prompt, knowledgeable, and always helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance their store's design and functionality.
I had some questions after using the app for several months. Anna was quick to reply and gave me very easy instructions to fix my problem. I love the premade designs and ease of use with this app. Would definately recommend.
Thought I had found a godsend as I believe shopify's standard website editing tools to be pretty clunky and boring.
Unfortunately after a few days of use the edits i made on the app were not reflecting on the published web page. I reached out to customer support for help, and was told the problem had been fixed. The problem had most definitely not been fixed, which i relayed back to the customer support agent i was dealing with. This happened three more times.
Finally i got an email back that had fixed my problem. Guess how. They deleted half of the contents of my page which i had spent hours adding. Voila! That'll do it!
Absolutely criminal that these people are paid to work in the CS industry
Hi there,
I am Maria - Customer Support Manager from EComposer app.
I’m sorry to hear about your recent experience with our app and that our staff didn’t meet the level of service we strive for.
In your case, I found that all you wanted when you contacted our support team was to reduce the height of the section. But it seems that the conversation was not smooth and our staff did not really understand your question right. I have to say sorry about that! Please know that we will be addressing this review with the team so they can learn from it and do better in the future.
Related to your concerns, I want to clarify somethings here a bit: The height of the section completely depends on the height of the content inside, to reduce the height of the section, we need to arrange and optimize the content inside.
We followed up via email so that our team could better assist you in detail. I hope you understand and continue to support us.
Best regards,
Maria
This application is a great value for money. We needed to customise our website pages way beyond standard Shopify themes, so we tried a lot of page building applications, and eComposers met all our requirements - it's very intuitive and has plenty of basic and advanced features, which are really easy to use.
Also cheers to their support team, they are super fast and helpful! :)
