Merchants describe this as a powerful, flexible page builder for creating professional Shopify pages without coding. They highlight intuitive drag‑and‑drop editing, strong responsive controls, reusable sections, and helpful extras like templates, sales widgets, and A/B testing. The free plan is seen as generous and performant, even for Plus stores. Hi there,
This is Maria - Customer Support Manager from EComposer.
I've checked your chat with our team & we’re truly sorry to hear that you encountered difficulties while publishing your page and that your previous content was not retrievable as expected when reopening the editor.
We understand how frustrating that can be, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
In fact, EComposer currently offers several options to help users save their work and avoid data loss — including Export Current Layout, Auto Save with the Revision tab, Save to Histories, and Save to My Template. We will double test your case & make sure they're working properly.
We noticed that you're currently building a landing page, and it appears that it’s still incomplete. Our team would be more than happy to assist you with both technical support and UX/UI advice to help you get the most out of EComposer.
I hope to talk to you more — we’d truly appreciate the chance to support you further and hopefully turn your experience around.
Best regards,
Maria
