EComposer Landing Page Builder

EComposer is a mature feature rich product for quickly customizing your webstore without having to code it manually. It allows you to focus on design and UX rather than hammering out code! Even better, it is one of those apps that just keeps getting better as you find more features that really allow you to create an awesome buying experience for your customer. And even better, the support I am getting is top notch!! With fast response and a deep knowledge of his product, what more can you ask for!! I would give him 6 stars if I could!!

the app is great, has allowed me to create my own links page (no more link tree!). i saw that analytics were in the beta phase but i could request them, which i did. i had a lovely member from chat support, Andy, who helped with this. it was done super quickly and easily, no fuss and no confusion.
i really like the straightforwardness of this app, and Andy's assistance showed another great side to this app. highly recommend!

Overall the app and support team are great. As with any landing page builder there are quirks to using it. There is definitely a learning curve for figuring out where all of the settings are located. But compared to others I have used, it works more reliably overall.

There are still some annoyances, such as it being impossible to select certain elements by clicking inside of them due to their menu overlapping with the menu of other elements instead of displaying the element menu of the one I clicked. The workaround is to use the navigator view to find the element and select it to edit from that view. Not a huge deal and not atypical of drag and drop editors, but annoying nevertheless.

The more frustrating thing I ran into was being told that my landing page exceeded Shopify's built-in template limit AFTER building it and going to publish it, without any indication as to which components were making the landing page too large. I asked support and they suggested removing svgs. I did this and then I was able to publish the landing page. Great that the problem was solved in this case, but it was still quite frustrating having no idea what was making the page too large, and I jumped through many hoops ahead of support's suggestion such as deleting multiple sections and it still wasn't working. And I suspect I will run into this issue again in the future and they need to somehow show you which sections generate the most code to avoid this problem in the first place. Maybe they could show you a running estimate of how large the template file will be as you are building it or something along those lines.

I like the individual control over desktop, tablet, and mobile views, including showing and hiding individual elements or changing the specific padding or margins, animations, etc. for each version of the site.

Support is for the most part pretty responsive and goes out of their way to make the changes requested or show screen recordings describing what I need to do. This level of support is not typical and is much appreciated. However I did run into one issue where they assured me that the theme helper could not have affected the rest of my theme when it provably did. So be careful when you first enable the app and the accompanying theme helper. It broke our product pages on mobile. However, their team was willing to help debug this once I showed them it was in fact an issue. I was able to resolve it before they could though in this case.

All these caveats aside, the templates and elements look and work great, and they load fast. Support is responsive and helpful (Jennie is the best!). And the price is more reasonable than the competitors.

Easy to use page layouts. Responsive customer service when facing troubles.

However, could be difficult to change box heights to make them aligned.

Great page builder and amazing support. Instant support to be more precise. Olivia or one of her colleagues is always available to help. You can build your website without hassle. It takes some time to learn all the tricks but in the end is about your creativity.
Website speed is also great. Keep up the good work.

We really like using this landing page builder. We tested other apps before but found EComposer the easiest to use, it offers great customisation features so the pages really feel like part of our webshop. The customer service team is simply great, they always reply very quickly via the online chat and most recently we really appreciated Susan's and Jade's support as they always send us very clear instructions and video recordings.

Update: I don't know if staff has changed or switched out but I had to downgrade my subscription, essentially was confused on the billing cycle (of course my fault) but instead of explaining to me I wouldn't be getting a refund for the charge even though I cancelled the subscription, I was put through a circle of conversations, screenshots, and waiting. Eventually I was told to wait until the charge went through, send them a screenshot, and then I would be refunded. Instead of correcting this false information, when I finally did it after waiting for the charge to go through, I essentially was told that after looking through the charge date, it does not align with their refund. This confused me because my talks with them were so long and then I was essentially fed a false positive when all they had to initially tell me was, it was past refund policy. I do like this app a lot, but that experience definitely led me to put some stars down. I have been using this app for 3 years now so this is an unfortunate update.

What an amazing app! I've been using it for a minute now and the customization is amazing! And very clean. The only issue I had was when I updated the theme, the app disappeared as a function. But after talking to their customer service representitive, Jade, she got it working in less then ten minutes and everything was fine. She did amazing and speedy work, I was surprised. Anywho, highly recommend and if you have any troubles, their customer service is very fast and very effective.

The App had a glitch with Locksmith and it took the support team 2 hours to figure and show me. They helped right away and didn't stop until they figured it out.

This is a great tool with dedicated support.

I've worked with many landing page builders over the years and I have to say, EComposer's support has blown me away. They are always available, quick to respond, and most importantly they are knowledgeable and always help you effectively. For example, I wanted a simple feature that didn't exist and their dev team implemented it within 24 hours. Two days later, I couldn't find a feature and Andy jumped into the page and activated it for me. Truly amazing!
