At EComposer, we always focus on the actual experience users have with our app, how easy it is to build pages, how stable everything runs, and how quickly our support team can help when something doesn’t feel right. Your feedback about the layout structure is very helpful, and we have shared it directly with our developer team.
To explain a bit more, our developer team has already built a newer Flexbox-based system (sent you the preview via our chat support). We haven’t released it widely yet because we want to make sure the update is safe and smooth for every store.
Even though the issues you reported earlier were resolved, we understand that your overall experience still wasn’t positive, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to tell us. Susan fixed my issue and walked me through exactly what to do both now and if it happens again. I spent way too long trying to troubleshoot it myself, and honestly should’ve just asked EComposer first and saved myself the headache.
Meet an error: “Template content exceeds 256KB limit” due to Shopify's limit when I edited and published a template. Thank you for Susan's assistance, ecomposer's service is very helpful.

We noticed you mentioned that the app is crashing repeatedly. I’ve checked your account and tested multiple pages in both the editor and the live view, and everything appears to be working normally on our end.

The customer support is amazing. I was on the free plan and had instant free help whenever I asked.
The service is really good, the app gives you so much options to edit your store, its make it easer to edit. If you need help just send massage to the service and they will be back like in a minute and sometimes even a few seconds.
