I can’t say enough good things about Eric from the EComposer support team. He went above and beyond to help me with my Shopify store and made the whole process so much easier. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also patient, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked perfectly for me.
Eric solved issues that I thought would take days in just a short time, and he explained everything clearly along the way. Thanks to his support, I was able to move forward with confidence and get my store looking and functioning exactly how I wanted.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Huge thanks to Eric—you’re a lifesaver!
Really easy to use. The live chat customer support is fantastic. 5/5
Vary quick customer support, Hana helped resolve a small issue I had within minutes. Was really just my lack of knowledge and I learnt something new
The customer service team was very quick and efficient—they resolved my concern right away!
First time building a shopify store. Good templates but the support is what stands out. Thank you Andy for helping me with variant meta fields, sending a personalized tutorial video editing my exact code..
Great app for building custom pages. The support from Ecomposer is really helpful and attentive.
This app is a must if you are wanting more flexibility with design on Shopify. Customer service (especially Olivia) is always ready to help with any issues!
Great app, allows for way more customization than the standard Shopify builder. Support is also super helpful and helps with customization and custom codes.
I recently downloaded EComposer to build a landing page for my website - I had some trouble here and there, however the support team was able to help me sort everything out in no time. They were helpful and friendly. Thank you!
I have been PLEASANTLY surprised with EComposer as a platform, but ESPECIALLY with their AI/live person customer support. EComposer has been fantastic, and a special shoutout to Elise on the support team! She’s always quick to respond, super helpful, and made things like email integrations so much easier to understand. Couldn’t ask for better support!
