Anna was the best and will now consider upgrading!
I made the mistake of making a page in the wrong category, Anna answered me straight away and fixed the problem for me in less than 60 seconds. Truly amazing customer service and when we need to upgrade, we will be sticking with EComposer 100%
Thanks again Anna!
The best thing about this app is the service team. They are super responsive and have made a big difference in our ability to scale up our site. Eric in particular has been a life saver. I highly recommend this app.
Ecomposer works great, but when I did have an issue, I got first rate support from Elise. She had several suggestions and kept with it until she fixed my issues.
I am writing this on the 24th of December, E-composer will always have someone there to help you out! Good tool, awesome support, I am happy. Would recomment!
I was starting to feel really frustrated, but your help gave me the confidence to move forward. Thank you for being such a great resource, Lily!
the quickest, simplest help I've experienced. Really efficient, clear on why I was having an issue too. I've only been using eComposer for the last day and this tool has made my life so much easier. Thanks Luna!
5 stars for your online support team. Hana has always helped me quickly. Thank you very much.
Anna from EComposer helped me to debug and guide me on specific custom changes that I required on my store and solved in within minutes. Great app :)
This is a great page builder app. The technical support is so helpful and always there to solve issues. My experience with Olivia from the Technical support team was excellent.
