Merchants find this popup and spin‑wheel tool easy to set up, even for non‑technical users, and say it reliably boosts leads and sales. They value the generous free plan, strong customization for design, timing, and multilingual setups, and effective features for discounts, pre‑orders, waitlists, and BFCM campaigns. Support is frequently described as fast, friendly, and capable with custom code, with many using it long term without issues.
This app is amazing! In only a few days, it has drawn in more customers, and when I have questions I receive help almost immediately. Tessa was a great help in letting me know that they have a built-in part to their program that helps deter bots for signing up for emails. Highly recommend this app.
I have a small business, let's call it a microbusiness. We are making small adjustments that are part of scaling. This is likely one of the most indispensable additions you can make to your website. And when it comes to support, they are there answering you and ready to assist before you can even finish your question. The team is friendly and knowledgeable, and they saved me from building a complex Flow to handle a one-off situation. Love this app!

To be clear: I raised this issue multiple times with the SendWILL team and was basically told to pound sand. Only after I wrote the negative review did I get any traction on not being forced into higher paid tiers. I'm not sure why the reply focuses on 'store access', that wasn't the point of my review.

Beware when you download. They will change plans, throttle access, and try to force existing customers to pay more once they get into your store.

Thank you for clarifying this. I also want to correct something in my previous reply.
I misunderstood your comment and took it as a reference to Shopify store access. That was not the point you were making. Your concern was about having relied on the same CWILL Popup workflow for a long time and then being faced with a pricing structure that no longer fit that existing use case.
I also understand the responses you received before you posting the review did not meaningfully addressed your situation at that stage. We should have recognized your long-term Popup-only use case earlier rather than continuing to point you toward the standard paid plans.
We were later able to arrange a long-term solution that better fits the way you use CWILL and I’m glad we got there. And I also understand why the timing of that solution, made you feel that your earlier concerns had not been taken seriously enough. That feedback is important, and it’s something we need to improve in how we identify and handle similar situations for long-term users earlier.
Thank you for calling this out clearly. I genuinely appreciate the time you’ve spent with CWILL and the fact that you were direct with us about where we fell short. I’m sorry our earlier handling left you feeling unheard.
I hope the solution we’ve now put in place, and the way we handle things from here, can help rebuild some of the trust that was lost. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to do better.
