Merchants describe this app as easy to set up and use, even for non‑technical teams. Many report big gains in lead capture and conversions using popups and spin wheels, with strong free‑plan features including discounts and branding removal. The popup and email tools are highly customizable, multilingual, and reliable. Support is frequently praised as fast, human, and hands‑on with setup, customization, and technical issues.

Dovreste inserire la possibilità di vedere le mail automatizzate che la cliente riceve con data, ora e contenuto.
Test e-mails do not look the same as actual e-mails unfortunately but customer support is pretty good
Technophobe here and thought I'd done really well at sending my first newsletter, but of course I messed up. Tessa at customer services was very helpful.
I did find the app to be very slow at catching up with my typing.
Love the app, it's not glitchy like some of the others and when I had a question their chat was a real person and responded within a minute (amazing!). I'm only giving it 4/5 stars because I really wish it had more of a variety of font style and size options.
I like the functionality of this app. I found it relatively straightforward to add; however, I will mention a reminder to remove/disenable built in popup since it will cause your edited version to be dormant. I enabled and published my edited version and the built in one was displayed until I figured it out.
Just requested some additional features which I believe are very important and not part of the app as yet - adding a timer for the pop-up, and option to close the sticky bar based on a set period where a code may expire so customers don't see that when a code is then no longer active.
I would give it a 5 out of 5 stars, but there just needs to be an easy way to export the subscriber list. Right now I have to screen capture the whole page and import into an excel.
