Support is good and app is also working well, as we are using it since last 2 years.

I couldn't find a publicly accessible Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and the support chatbots were unable to answer even basic questions about legal documentation or data protection procedures.
There is also no straightforward way to delete an account. Instead, you have to contact the company by email, with no clear indication of whether or when your request will actually be processed.
For a service handling customers' personal data, this lack of transparency and basic account management functionality is concerning.

I like this app as it supports unlimited returns, while others charge for every return. I can grow my business without worrying about cost shooting up when returns go up
