Cleverific Order Edit & Upsell

If your taking orders then chances are your also going to need to edit orders, because there is no built in option for this in Shopify this app is the next best thing.
Easy to setup and after migrating from Magento it was already being used on day 1 and pretty much every day since.
Support has been very helpful when I've had a question or an issue with a fast turnaround time & resolution.

We couldn't operate our business without Edit Order. An absolute necessity for us to create wholesale orders with customized order numbers, part numbers, item descriptions, pricing, etc. Customer support is super helpful and will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and they follow up to make sure the problem has been resolved to your satisfaction; they are very easy to work with.

Very, very handy app. For features that should actually be built in but nonetheless they aren't. Excellent tech support (on the weekend) which is good for a entrepreneur running more than one business. Used minimum of my time and did most of the heavy lifting in the background then got back to me by email. Therefore I could review at MY convenience, unlike many support services (Microsoft?!) - thanks Mike

The Edit Order app is essential to our store. We would be in big trouble without it. The recent improvements in this app make it even better.

We have about 2000 products in our store and the new version of the app loads very quickly.

The app is an absolute necessity for any Shopify business. Well designed, great functionality and I'd definitely recommend upgrading to their "premium" service. Not only are the staff great to work with and quick to reply to any issues, they are also willing to go above and beyond for their customers, even customizing the app to meet your needs. This app works great with specific processes we have for our store when processing our exchanges. We had some default app settings that didn't work with our intentions, reached out to their customer service and was assisted in a quick responsive matter. They were able to custom modify some of our settings through their backend that was exactly what we needed. Very satisfied with using this app, I would recommend giving it a try.

Edit order solve a huge challenge with Shopify around something that sounds silly: editing an order after it has been completed by a customer. Customer's make mistakes on products they give to other people all the time, and our team is constantly tweaking orders before they can be fulfilled.

One of our favorite features in Edit Order Premium is the ability to expand bundles into their individual line items. When combined with Shopify Flow, this bundle expansion is a seamless automation! This improves communication with our shipping software and fulfillment team, and saves us TONS of time! Customer service and on-boarding was outstanding. I love how easy it is to customize, and it seems like everything was designed to improve efficiency.

We mainly use this to add free samples products to our subscription user's recurring orders, and have not had any issues. We tried a few other apps before finding Edit Order, but they were a bit clunky and the process of editing orders took longer, putting additional strain on our ops.

Excited to see some automation flow features added to the capabilities of this app in future release!

This is a great app, with powerful functionality. If you're like us and run a subscription service, then your orders will likely come in containing virtual products (the subscription). Edit Order allows us to edit these virtual items and replace them with real ones. It also allows us to create replacements, exchanges, and more. In addition to a great product, their team is tight-knit and passionate, always there to help when needed. Highly recommended!
