Your app deleted all of our collections ...and you clearly know about this because others have left reviews below and yet you said nothing???
I had to discover it on my own after two days of running paid traffic to a broken website and you didn't think to maybe get ahead of this? Seriously, F you.
Let me guess... you started using AI to do your coding?
Your app went rogue yesterday 29.03.2026! I started deleting a number of collections in my shop damaging my business? How the F is this possible?

Years of work vanish overnight. They should be hold accountable or a law firm should start a class action. This is unacceptable they cost hundred thousands in dommage if not millions
The emails dont work with shopify's new workflow system but the company doesn't tell you that. They Misinform you and also tell you they are working on adding that support and then do nothing and take your money.
The customer support is terrible. After trying to contact them about the ETA of the added support they blanked me several time. just not responding. Then they cancelled my subscription without my prior confirmation leaving me completely high and dry with all my email notifications. This company appears to be full of idiots including the owner Bjorn whos only issue was that fact i called one of his staff an idiot for what they had done. Failing to realise the gravity of anything his staff had done prior to cause such an outburst. Avoid the headache avoid this app like the plague. be warned

I appreciate your feedback on Shopify’s Marketing Automations. You're absolutely right that templates are currently not compatible with the Shopify Email Marketing app, we’re actively working on making them compatible.
We also understand that manually copying templates is a rail pain, and wish there was a better way. Unfortunately this is a Shopify limitation, that we've been asking them to improve for years, so we're very attentive to any updates they make that could improve it in the future.
