InfoShore eBay Integration

This app is the real deal. Before I found this app, I struggled to find a way to easily import ebay items to shopify. After downloading this app, I wanted some additional functionality, and I emailed customer support. I was immediately provided with a solution to my problem. Like other reviews have said, this app has incredible customer support. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to express my gratitude to the developers of this app. Thank you!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this app and the people that run it. The responses are fast. They will bend over backwards to fine tune anything in their capacity to your needs. They are managing 8000+ items for us with no issues (about a month in so far). They are so professional and enjoyable to work with I actually tried to hire them for other needs. If you need to sync eBay to Shopify store and maybe make a few changes along the way, these are your guys.

So far so good. Have been looking for syncing software for about a year now as tried many but either they dont work, dont meet my needs or both. Had to have a few mods in the begining and the support for this was great - like the fact that i use templates on my ebay listings and can't bring them over to shopify as all my clickable links lead back to ebay and not the shop. They offered to mod it so they were automatically removed. Other apps wanted to charge extra for this. I was impressed

I used this app to convert my legacy ebay store items to our new Shopify Store. I also subscribe to the monthly sync that adjusts the inventory when I sell an item on either platform to prevent overselling our unique and one-of-a-kind items. The only con is that additional information needs to be updated in Shopify (tags, etc.) once the items are imported and that sometimes gets missed. There has been a bit of a learning curve on my part, however, the support Rohit has provided has been awesome. This app is a real time saver. Highly recommend.

I can't speak highly enough about the patience and professionalism that the team at InfoShore has offered. I have had very specific and non-typical requests for how things needed to be set up for us, and they worked through all of the requests one by one until I was completely satisfied. I had worked with other importer companies previously, and InfoShore just blows them out of the water in terms of how well and accurately the program works and furthermore with how willing they are to help you accomplish goals and needs for your Shopify store. VERY HIGHLY recommend.

I needed some customization so that my Shopify collections would line up precisely with my eBay store categories. Creating a regular conditions based collection didn't quite work for your products and there is quite a bit of keyword overlap. I am not tech savvy at all. Pankaj Narang at infoshore patiently helped me and answered all of my questions. He ended up creating some custom modifications within the app so that my eBay store categories will now translate perfectly to my collections automatically. He saved me so much time and did all this extra work and customization at no charge! It was awesome.

Ideal, I am leaving Ebay and this App helped move all of my inventory over including the images. Before downloading the app I spent over 1 hour moving 20 listings. I chose to have all my Ebay inventory moved in one go but not to have it linked for price changes etc as I plan to leave Ebay shortly, so there was no need for me to have the integrated option. I tested the App for free then paid for the service I needed which, compared with the alternative, is great value for money. If you are looking to import and manage your products from eBay to Shopify look no where else! Last minute I needed to import our products and this app worked seamlessley. All I can say is thank goodness for this app. It has saved me a lot of money and time to be able to sync thousands of products to our Shopify account easily. I had been looking for a great app and this is the best one BY FAR! Rohit, the customer service person is ON TOP OF HIS STUFF! If you have any questions or any problems he will be there to fix them right away. Don't hesitate because the price here is nothing compared to the amount of stress ect. you will experience manually trying to update and import your products to Shopfiy! The app is straight forward. Flat fee option for importing your eBay items. Saved me a lot of hassle, especially since I did not want to have to pay someone a bunch of money to do it, or for an app that would sync and all that stuff during the setup stage. Worked perfectly, easy to use. Imported images and formatting. It uses your ebay item number as your sku so when you actually do use an app to manage inventory on both sites, you have a sku to match up - super nice!

The app does not set up your products into your shop... Meaning you still have to go into each product and add it to the collection, do your SEO work etc but man....it was nice just to only have to go in and do that versus the time it would take to manually create each listing again.

Highly recommend it, especially for people building a standalone site and doing it in a well planned step by step fashion.
