Great customer service! Wendy responded promptly, and they do their best to solve any problems. I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately, their fonts are basic, and there is not much to choose from compared to Canva. They should add more on-demand materials. Otherwise, great company.

The print quality is very clear and vibrant. The turn around time is much faster than any other POD service i've used. The communication is clear, concise and quick which I really love most, showing that they are very aware of your needs and willing to take care of them right away. There is a really great selection of AOP products to chose from which is really great. I've really enjoyed the experience of designing on inkedjoy. I love the all over print designs and I love the option of printing a design in pieces or as a whole. I wish there were an easier way to upload and save your print files in bulk, but the other features make up for that inconvenience. The prices are also really economical.

I cannot say enough GOOD things about Inked Joy. Their customer service has been great, but everything I have ordered has been top notch. The products are great quality and I couldn't be happier. The only thing I wish is that their mockups were a bit better, or we had different options, but that is the least of my worries. I am LOVING working with Inked Joy for my POD store. I've had a great experience with InkedJoy - be sure to check the sizing charts to make sure the fit is correct because there is some variance. However, the quality and turnaround times are good and reliable, and I appreciate the multiple shipping options.

I like the product offering; it's a nice mix. Communication is pretty good. Integration is great with Shopify.
My only small suggestion is that there was a way modify designs after creating them so we don't have to re-create when making small changes (like names).
