I have just started with the company, but it has been an excellent experience so far! You have multiple avenues for help, and they get back to you with a comprehensive answer. Also, the system is easy to use, and I love the visibility of tracking my orders!

The EPROLO support team helped us move several products in just a few days, set up quotations with duties and taxes included (DDP) for all three countries and always replied fast and friendly. Prices were competitive compared to our other suppliers. Great support!
Wendy provided great support! Fast, reliable, on point! Wendy would sure get 5 stars from me. As for the app - I wish they improve their product search a bit, as well as clear marking of what is out of stock or unavailable.
