Customer service is on point! Kaylee always gets back to us quickly and is able to help us with everything that we need. The App has heaps of great features that make integration to our store seamless. Have used many providers in the past and Eprolo by far have been the best to work with!

I’ve been working with Bella for around three years now, and honestly, she’s just been there through everything.
There were times when things were moving fast, and times when my business slowed down, but she always stayed present answering questions, checking things with the factory, following up, and just making sure things kept moving on her side.
What I appreciate is that it never feels transactional. We talk business, of course, but there’s also a real connection there even small things like checking in around holidays or just keeping communication open.
I’d definitely recommend working with Bella if you’re looking for someone who actually stays with you long-term and supports the process, not just the order.
