Helpful customer service, everything works as it should. Only thing I would suggest is being able to integrate klaviyo to add out of stock subscribers to your email list. I think they're working on it though! Otherwise a fantastic affordable app that does what it says.

Terrible app. Just turned it off because I had stock and it kept the code in the backend, not allowing my customers to use the checkout button. This was unknown to me for a few days, so I would have lost a few sales. Definitely do not recommend.

Our team conducted an internal investigation and found that the Preorder Campaign was unpublished on May 15th, which doesn't quite align with the timeline mentioned in your review. We've also reached out to you several times to help resolve this.

Love this app! I use several of the Essential apps and they are all so easy to set up and customise. Sebastian from the support team has been so helpful when I've need to add and remove additional customisation. Can't wait to see what other apps they build.
Fantastic App and one of the best solutions I have found for Pre-orders on styles that still have some inventory in sizes so you can offer both pre-order and in stock selling on the same listing.
Excellent Customer Care as well - Angelica responded to an integration issue in record time and the team was able to get us all set up and good to go in a few hours.
