Merchants say this app is easy to set up, even for non‑technical, one‑person shops, with clear guidance and video tutorials. It’s praised for stable performance, EU/DSGVO‑compliant withdrawal handling, and customizable buttons and forms. Features like Klaviyo integration, statistics, exports, and notifications reduce admin work. Many note the free version already meets legal requirements, and support is described as fast, friendly, and proactive.

Ich habe die App gestern erst installiert - sie ist also noch nicht zum Einsatz gekommen - der Support war bisher aber erstklassig.

Einfache Einrichtung - alles Bestens :)
On the 1st page "Declare Withdrawal", entered the correct email, names and Order Number, but the button "Continue to Product Selection" is disabled. Doesn't work at all.
Can't change language. Only German.
