Sehr gute App für ein Thema, das viele Shops noch vor sich haben. Die Integration in Shopify funktioniert problemlos und die rechtlichen Anforderungen sind konsequent umgesetzt. I’m sorry that this was your impression. Revoq does offer human support, and I personally answer support requests as quickly as possible, especially during this very busy deadline period.
I could not find a direct support request from you, so it may be that you only interacted with the automated assistant during the test phase. If you still need help with the setup or have an open issue, please contact us directly through the support channel or by email, and I’ll be happy to take a look.

Easy to install and setup. The withdrawal service is easy for customers to access. Good app.

Der Widerrufszugang sollte für Kunden gut auffindbar und dauerhaft erreichbar sein. Wir empfehlen daher in der Regel, das Widerrufsformular auf einer eigenen Seite einzubinden und diese Seite gut sichtbar im Footer zu verlinken.
Wir nehmen den Hinweis gerne mit und werden die Hinweise zur empfohlenen Platzierung in unserer Dokumentation noch klarer herausstellen.
I'm not very technical so it took me about 2 hours however the revoq team were very fast to communicate and help me. My store is also an older version and this helps with that.
Easy to set up. Good to use in case Shopify doesn't come through on June 17.
