This is fraud app Becare Fully even is not working proper and not refund my money am just install and check the plan totly fraud

Our records show the app was actually used on your account - jobs were run and exports completed, so this wasn't a case of the app doing nothing.
During the support tickets for both your Shopify stores, the refund request was approved here, not refused.
On the plans: the app never picks or requires a specific plan - when a job exceeds a plan's limits, it shows every available plan with its exact limits, and you choose the one that fits based on each plan's limits shown on the same page.

I really like matrixify but it would be SO great if schedules could exclude weekends and specific holidays.
we've gotten around this issue but it would be nice if the ability was built into matrixify.

Really easy to use once you get the hang of making sure the uploads have the right column headers etc., but the support material is super helpful for getting this sorted. It works beautifully for us to update our products efficiently. Has saved us loads of time!

Shopify's own staff recommend using Matrixify over any other App because they know it's better than the built-in Shopify import/export option. It handles everything flawlessly in my store. The results file it generates gives me 100% confidence when I import products and other data that may need adjustments. Also, being able to access past spreadsheets and download them is a standout feature, not to mention the highly trained AI chatbot for support. I can tell the team spends a great deal of time making sure it works. If you're at your wits' end with their bot, you can also chat with a team member via Slack. The only thing that is better than Matrixify is a custom API but that's expensive to develop! I'll stick with Matrixify for now. :)
