This app is extraordinarily complex in data migration. The customer support I received from Renars was exceptional and he went out of his way to solve some issues we were having to migrate some and make one system speak much better with shopify so to say. Perhaps some more edited templates for migrations from exports with low detail would be helpful for new clients.
You are absolutely right - the app has so many capabilities for working with data and performing data migrations, that it might be a bit overwhelming at the beginning. We are working every day to improve the materials on our website to help with this learning process - to take you up to the level as soon as possible.
About the templates you suggested, we will think of ways to help with some more simplified sample templates, but it's challenging because there are so many different scenarios.
At the same time, it's totally understandable that those tutorials and documentation itself can be much to navigate.
But that's why we are here - with our Support team and everyone else behind their backs - to help you in any of your individual cases.
So - if you ever feel you prefer a human on the other end, our Support team is here for you. Please believe our true heart intentions to provide you with whatever you need to accomplish your work with data.

The Matrixify app is just amazing! We recently switched from WooCommerce to Shopify, and anything I've ever worked with for WooCommerce in terms of exporting and importing has always been a major pain or just doesn't work as expected. Matrixify is a pleasure to work with, and the pre-formatting provided in the "Maxtrixify: Excel" format is just sooo easy to work with. Bravo. A++.

This app has been a lifesaver for our team! We had a unique challenge where we need to import orders and customers from outside of the Shopify platform to combine with our Shopify store data. Being able to copy and paste this data into a Google Spreadsheet has saved a tremendous amount of time.
With our Shopify premium theme support (https://themes.shopify.com/themes/district/styles/district) we highly recommend this app anytime a shop needs to bulk edit products, manage inventory or export a lot of data at once.
Installed it on yet another store, and just wanted to note once again what a life-saver this app is when you need to extract specific data. There are so many filtering options!

A waste of 20$. The app is made terribly for transferring a store. I've bought a plan on this store to export my data. Then, I switched to the new store and installed Matrixify in order to import the previous file. Now, it asks me to subscribe again to import.
The app isn't designed to transfer stores. Keep that in mind.
You sure can use the Matrixify app to transfer data between two Shopify stores without paying for a separate subscription in the second store. We offer 1 additional free subscription for every 1 paid subscription. You can link the stores in the app via the Matrixify app Settings > Shop Sponsoring section.
There have not been any support tickets or messages from you prior to this review, but our team has now reached out to you to clarify the app pricing and functionality. Please reply to the email ticket and let's resolve the misunderstanding.
