Absolutely amazing customer support. Have helped me streamline my purchase system through shopify and sheets. Love the fact it connects with my KindProduct account as well and makes it easy to add personalised fields to my order spreadsheet. Would highly recommend
Amazing app! It saves me so much time by automatically sending all my order data to my sheets. Everything works perfectly and their support team is incredible — super fast, friendly, and always ready to help. Highly recommend!
Says there's a free plan, now it's making me choose a paid plan. SCAM!
We're sorry about this experience. To be clear for anyone reading: our free plan is real, permanent, and requires no payment details — you can select it directly at the bottom of the plan selection screen. It looks like the free option wasn't visible enough during onboarding, which is on us. We've since made it clearer. We've reached out by email and would be glad to get you set up on the free plan in under 2 minutes. Our team is available 7 days a week if you'd like to give it another try.
The app is amazing, the customer support responds really fast and the features are great, nothing more to ask!
Really find this app helpful in doing my reports. There was a bug and support was there to help me immediately. Thank you so much!!
I'd like to express my gratitude for the well-designed app and the excellent support from the team. They are meeting all our requirements without any reservations.
This is the absolute best app in the entire Shopify app store. The developer is very helpful and responds to any questions quickly. What's best is that they are also willing to accommodate unique requests. I can only recommend this app, it has helped me a lot!
Wow! I needed a system to connect my sales/customers to a google sheet in real time and this is exactly what I got! Simple to set up and customer services was perfection. Highly recommend!
I have been using the Exportsy app for a short time and I am very satisfied. It is easy to use, even for a beginner, and allows me to efficiently manage my products and orders, especially through Google Sheets. It is a practical tool for keeping information organized. A big thank you to the support team for their responsiveness and valuable assistance. I highly recommend Exportsy to anyone looking to simplify product management, especially in the context of affiliate marketing.
