Just started using it and new to Shopify, it looks like exactly what I need!
It's so easy to use and can add options very fast. It looks really good on site also.
I signed up to this app, but I received a message informing me that they were unable to install it with my theme. They sent me an email informing me that they would come back to me with an update or a possible work around. To date there has been not contact from them.
This is unfortunate as Shopify customer support recommended this app.

I think it's a good app. I had tried a couple of other Options apps but this is the only one that has the flexibility that I need. The only issue is the support i think, because i send them an email to install for me and they did not reach back to me directly, as other apps do.

Maybe you got a little worried to approve the app charge, so it got declined and could not complete the install process. But please be assured and trust me, it would not charge you a penny during the free-trial and will never charge anything if your one is a development store .
