why have i been charged for the app when i havent used it??
We have issued you a refund and sent you app credits. You were charged because you were on a paid plan and the app invoices right away, but shopify charges you later on your monthly cycle date. This is how the billing works on all apps. You will not be charged further. If you could please remove this review we would appreciate it. Thank you

We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. We responded to your inquiry within this time frame but by then you had already uninstalled the app. Please check your email for a reply. We've also sent you app credits to offset any app charges.
