Merchants describe this as a reliable, fast, “game‑changing” tool for inventory planning and demand forecasting. It helps predict demand, set safety stock, and generate restock suggestions to reduce stockouts, dead stock, and over‑ordering, especially for apparel and multi‑SKU stores. Merchants appreciate the modern, data‑driven interface, strong pre‑order/backorder features, streamlined PO management, and outstanding onboarding and support, often calling it excellent value.

This app is top notch. Its intuitive, provides all the necessary and relevant information, and is easy to mange. I have used previous apps before that try to offer similar solutions but I am left still with uncertainty due to poor reporting and design. Fabrikator meets and exceeds all my expectations.
As a bonus, the onboarding is fantastic and thorough. Once you get through, you'll be smooth sailing with the most accurate reports you've ever had.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 🚀

Fabrikator is one of the most robust Shopify apps we've used. They really understand the challenges of a mid to large size e-comm brand and helped us get a handle of re-ordering process
Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! 🙌

Let’s keep building something brilliant together!
I have exercised considerable patience with this application, but regrettably, I have not experienced any success. Despite the involvement of the team, including the CEO, they were unable to perform what should be a straightforward task—importing my product inventory from Shopify, and more concerning, my sales history. This was even after providing access to my Shopify account. Furthermore, the service comes at a high cost, and communication throughout the process has been slow. My request was simple—just a sync of inventory and sales history. Given these challenges, I would advise exploring alternative providers.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we value all input, it's important to provide some context for future readers to ensure a clear understanding of this situation.
Fabrikatör is specifically designed to help active online stores optimize inventory and forecast sales data integration with Shopify. In this case, the user did not have an active online store and only used the app for four days. During this brief period, there were expectations outside of our core offering.
Our CEO personally reached out to offer help, but the user mistakenly thought he was an "SEO expert" instead of recognizing him as the CEO dedicated to supporting our customers. Unfortunately, the user did not accept the assistance offered.
We made multiple attempts to connect and provide the necessary support, but these efforts were not accepted. Given this interaction and the misalignment of expectations, we question the intent behind this review.
While we respect everyone's right to share their experience, we believe it is essential for potential customers to understand the context and our commitment to truth and transparency.
At Fabrikatör, our focus remains on long-term success and helping merchants who truly benefit from our software, rather than making short-term gains. This approach has enabled us to serve hundreds of brands worldwide effectively.
We appreciate every chance to support our users and will always strive to offer the most suitable solutions—even if that means suggesting alternatives that works better for them.
Thank you again, and we wish you all the best in finding the right tools for your business needs.
Warm regards,
The Fabrikatör Team
Switched over from using multiple apps like Cogsy and Anvyl to using this as a more effective way to manage inventory and demand planning. Excited for the new features they plan to roll out soon along with the Amazon integration. The pre-order functionality is a unique and valuable feature that could have saved us a lot of trouble and lost revenue had we had it in use for previous out of stock issues. The team has been great to work with and made the onboarding process very easy.
This is a great app for helping manage incoming inventory and what we need on hand. Eliminating a lot of manual processes has helped save a ton of time and the team at Fabrikator is always quick to respond and help with any updates we are after.
Thank you for the kind words! 😊
We’re so happy to hear Fabrikatör is saving you time and simplifying your workflow. Always here if you need us! 💙
Loving this app so far. It has changed my life. I used to take hours of analysis every month via spreadsheet and report downloads to generate my demand plan and POs. Now doing stock analysis and order replenishment within minutes. Great customizable dashboards and super easy UI. Love the bundles part, this makes my life so easy working across 350+ SKUs with almost 150 of them in various bundles.
