Click Create my FALA agent, then Train from my store to read your policies, pages, and products. Turn Storefront agent on in the theme editor. Answers link shoppers to the right page, and anyone who wants a follow-up is asked for a phone or email. Conversations and contacts appear in the Fala app in Admin. No code edits. No second signup.
