Fast Bundle has been a great app for our store, and the support is outstanding.
We ran into an issue where clicking the Add to Cart button didn't open our UpCart cart drawer, and after several clicks, all the products would be added to the cart at once. Ian quickly identified that it was an integration issue between Fast Bundle and our third-party cart drawer, made the necessary adjustments, and had everything working perfectly within minutes.
Ian was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service and a very smooth support experience.

The app is easy to set up and use, and if there is an issue ( I have found that at times my theme doesnt play well w it) customer service ( most recently Ian) have been prompt to reply and quick with a fix.
The user experience of the application interface is satisfactory, and the support team has proven to be exceptionally helpful. In particular, Lara provided significant assistance in selecting the appropriate bundles.
