Hi Hellhound Coffee Co. store admin,
We’re sorry to hear that Fiidom didn’t work as expected and that you’re still seeing the dropdown menu after uninstalling the app. We understand how frustrating this must be.
We’d really like the opportunity to help resolve the issue. The dropdown may be related to the app’s embedded components or Shopify settings, and we’d be happy to investigate this with you.
Could you please contact us at support@fiidom.com and share your store URL, along with a screenshot of the dropdown menu you’re still seeing? This will help our team identify the cause and provide you with the appropriate steps to remove it.
We’re sorry again for the inconvenience, and we appreciate the opportunity to make this right.
Best regards,
Luna
