Merchants describe this as a simple, no-frills tool that’s very easy to install and use, often with a single download button. It reliably bulk-downloads all store files into ZIP archives, automatically splitting large libraries. Many use it for quick backups before cleanups, migrations, or expansion stores, noting it handles thousands of images in minutes. The free plan is frequently praised as generous and time-saving.

Works as described! Downloading a 1TB+ in images and Filey was there for the rescue!!!
Works perfectly. ...and it's free!!
Minimum 100 characters for a review... well, this is awkward. Hmm..
The download process was quite easy. Thank you for making such an easy app. Much appreciate. Will definitely use again.
seems easy enough. Just downloads all my files pretty quick. Thank you... Now I hope I never have any issues where I need it ;0
Perfect, saved a lot of time and headache. Easy installation, no website bloat, and dead simple to use.
Brilliant app! Easy to use and provided a complete backup of everything. Great relief. Highly recommended.
Looks simple but it froze and did nothing after backing up 40 files out of a total of 1234 files. Uninstalled.
Hello. Thank you for your honest review.
It's very unfortunate that you had a bad experience with Filey. Feel free to reach out to our support, and we will help you to find and solve the issue.
Super fast, super easy. Find it hard to write minimum 100 characters for an app that does just what it says it will!
Thank you for your review. Glad our app helped you.
Works Awesome! Files backed up in a quick way. Really helpful app. Thanks to Filey for the help in getting the files backup.
Awesome app, Shopify should buy this and implement it in their own app. Helped me downloading all of our files without a single line of code.
