Findter Custom Filter & Search

Perfect app and such a helpful team! The app did everything I was looking for and makes our shop feel so much easier to navigate. The team has also helped with several customizations that weren't native to the app. Can't recommend enough!

Exactly what I needed to implement custom filtering of various collections. My store theme wasn't compatible upon installation, but the Flintverse team delivered exceptional customer service to get us set up quickly. They were quick to respond, patient when I took a day to reply, and then took action immediately when I needed it. Highly recommend!

I genuinely can't say enough good things about Findter! Their team has been incredibly accommodating and responsive. I've worked with a lot of Shopify apps, and I don't think I've ever experienced customer service this quick or willing to help. Even before I paid anything! They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything worked the way we wanted.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be adding keyword and synonym mapping to the search functionality. With that being said, their advanced features are already great and help a lot!

Overall, I'm extremely happy with the app's functionality, the outstanding support, and the pricing, which is especially affordable compared to other options when you're working with a large SKU catalog. Highly recommend!

Y'all! GET. THIS. APP!! I've been in business since 2014 and we have 22k products. I've never found an app before that checks all the boxes like this one!!! Better than that, I've had some ideas for things that would be beneficial - that I doubted were even possible - and they made them happen!!! They are amazing to work with and the customer service is out of this world! OH, and it's a fraction of the cost of the apps that are aren't near as good!

I researched and tried a few different sorters and I had problems with them all until Findter. It is easy to set up and is doing exactly what I want. I had trouble figuring out how to sort my products manually because findter overrode Shopify's manual sort I set up so I reached out to help. After a minute, they had it fixed for me. We have tried multiple filters prior to Findter, either on trial plan or free plan. It turns out that this is just the right filter for us.
The interface of the app is easy to use for the end users. It fits well with our theme as well. The page with Findter is neat as we would expect.
The customer support team is highly responsive regarding the issues we face. We would love to work together with the staff who genuinely care about their product!

I have run a lot of websites on WordPress and Shopify and have always had issues with the filters. Either they cap out at very low quantities or they conflict with each other or they just don't work without having to hire a coder to make major changes. I am pretty impressed with Findter though. It was an easy install and it looks really good! It shows the exact number of matches for each attribute. Very strong app! They recently changed from free to a fee but the cost is very low and well worth it.
