Customer service is amazing! The representative Vaibhav was very prompt in assiting me with setting things up in my store. He even set up my customer account page to match the color scheme of my store and was very fast at replying to all questions/concerns.

The out-of-the-box Account page is very simple and lacks any meaningful functionality, beyond order history. Flits helped us give more power to our customers and was incredibly helpful and responsive in getting the new Account Page to be exactly what we needed.
Flits provides an important product. The customer and technical support are highly competent and professional. They were able to oblige our requests and customise the product to suit our store. I would like to highlight Bhargav and his team for doing a great job.
We're using this app to beef up the customer account area - we have clients who order a lot with us and it was important that they be able to view all of their orders in one place. Customer service has been great helping me get things sorted, James in particular.
Our expereince with this app has been extremely fulfilling. The features of the app fit our requirment and the support services led by James is amazing. They went the extra mile to fulfill me requirements.

Mobile layout is shifted off screen, custom color scheme is incorrect on some tabs, very little customizability, for example disabling the Good Morning! message or the clock. It's an account page, it doesn't need a clock. I don't know how this has such good reviews.
Thank you so much for your feedback, actually Flits support team can help you to set up color schema and related things as per your brand color. We are providing a preview option as well in the admin.
Regarding the clock option: It feels personalized for customers, but we can remove that as well if you don't want to display it.

Amazing app and profesionnal customer service, they also respond very quickly ! they helped me code the wishlist plugin as we asked for and it looks wonderful :)

The team at Flitz were excellent in helping me to add a downloadable invoice and tracking button in the my account section of my website. The communication was great from the off set and have done a superb job. I highly recommend there my account user dashboard. 10/10
