Merchants say this app is easy to set up and intuitive, even for non‑technical staff. It’s used for many form types—contact, registrations, quotes, surveys, and product requests—with strong customization like hidden fields, autoresponder emails, and workflows. Forms look professional and embed smoothly. Many report reliable performance over years and multiple stores, and describe support as fast, patient, and proactive with custom solutions and theme fixes.

It's a nice tool. I’ve never had better service and they understood what I was talking about from the very beginning. They fixed my issue and knew exactly what I needed and how to talk with Shopify.

Non funziona! Una volta inserito il codice, sia che lo inserisci in modalitá shortcode o tramite l'app, non accade nulla! 30 minuti per confezionare la form e poi non funziona nulla... tempo perso. Bha

Could not get the form to show up. Reached out to support and got the answer straight away = "Please make sure you have enabled our app from Themes>>Customize>>Theme Settings>>App Embeds" that solved it!

I am Japanese.
When I made an inquiry by email, I communicated in English, but what impressed me was how wonderful their customer support was.
With a quick reply, he taught me carefully without stumbling over communication in English.
And when I couldn't fix it, he fixed the code for me.
A big thank you to Nisha for helping me out this time!
Of course, the function of the app is also very good and easy to use!
I would recommend it to anyone considering a form app.
Wow, thank you!
We are so humbled by your kind words and the recommendations for our Hulk Form Builder app.
Our Customer Experience agent, Nisha, is truly a shining star! We are glad you had such an amazing experience with our app, and our support so far.
Cheers! :)
Thank you so much for this app! Since Shopify does not provide any preorder option without the customer having to pay in advance this app was the only good alternative that we found after searching for a long time. The Pro Plan is totally worth it. The only thing we are missing (or not finding) is a mass change function for changing multiple forms at the same time. And maybe a better translation for German but with a bit creativity we are able to understand the language quite good! xD The support is also really fast in helping out when we are struggling with something.
Thank you so much for leaving us a review! Always happy to hear a customer is using the full potential of our app. We will surely add your request to our improvement list.
