We've been using Hulk Apps for web forms for over 2 years now and have found the web forms to be very useful and easy to use.
The support staff are very helpful and provide timely information, and help us with getting the webform we need, and have offered valuable advice and help.
We've been using this app for more than a year now. The support team is very prompt in responding to my issues, and Vishal, the app developer, is great at fixing and addressing them as well.
I've been using hulk form builder for over 8 years! I absolutely love their features, especially the paid features, and more importantly the customer service is top notch! They are always ready to assist and go into your settings to fix any glitches. What I also love is all the conversations stay in one chat box even if there's a new agent assisting you for the day. I will stick with them for all my forms!
Having used the Hulk contact us form for several years, I was pleased to see the more comprehensive form builder offered.
Once again excellent service from Nitesh in support who quickly helped with a query and I was up and running in minutes.
I use Hulk Apps my business and recommend them to my clients. Great support too. MyWebConcepts.com
Update: Still the Best Customer Support a year later! I overlooked basic user information and Haris, an actual human, walked me through every single thing. On a weekend. Monday morning rolled around and I had a new question. Vedran was on duty today. He had the patience of a saint, just like Haris. I love the elegance of the simple functions in this app.
We're absolutely delighted by your 5-star review! It's wonderful to hear that you've had such positive experiences with our customer support team. Haris, Vedran, and the rest of our team strive to provide the best support and guidance they can, so your feedback is truly appreciated!
Also, we're glad you're finding value in the simplicity and functionality of our Hulk Form Builder app. We always aim to keep our features user-friendly and effective.
Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we're here to help whenever you need us! Your feedback plays a vital role as we continue to refine and improve our services.
Thanks again for your amazing review!
