I don't often update a 5 star review, but this app deserves it. We've been using it since the day they launched and are so impressed with the features that have been added over the years. The customer service has always been top notch. I especially like the ability to create Shopify customers with fields linked to select Shopify fields (including accepts marketing!) Exporting the data is easy. I can't say enough good things!

Don't waste your time. This app is glitchy at best and horrific at worst. It doesn't work at all the way you envision. They need some better engineers.

Great app! The customer support is outstanding and truly willing to help. Everything works perfectly.
Clean, easy to use and fast
The app is intuitive, has clear instructions, and is very easy to use and set up. I also want to mention that they have one of the best customer service teams I’ve encountered. I was having some technical issues, and they were very helpful and resolved them quickly. I’m very happy with the PRO plan; the reports are clear and can be exported for further data analysis.
Form creation is easy. Support is quick and courteous.
I deducted one star because there are occasional reception issues, but overall I am satisfied.
A fantastic app! I recently needed to create a form-based campaign, and this app was perfect for it. Although there were a few minor issues along the way, the team resolved them promptly. Highly recommended.
