It is a great app and with great support. The developer went over and beyond to help with an issue we had that turned out not to be from the app but a problem that required Shopify to reindex the store.
Thank you very much for your positive review. You can contact me anytime if you need further assistance.
Saved me $10USD pm by installing this app. The Shopify native form builder isn't robust enough to handle the info I need for my store.
I love that the emails to my team AND the customer can be customised, and the drag & drop form builder is super simple.
Support was very quick to assist when I had a question. Impressive!
It would be great to have the functionality to duplicate forms, and then edit those. It's a quick process though, so I'm super grateful.
Thank you for the positive feedback! I am glad my app has been beneficial for your store. Duplicating forms and fields feature is coming in future versions. Always here to help!
Not very good with Zapier.
Hello,
I would love to improve the Zapier Integration, please let me know about any issues and I will solve them.
Have been using this app for over year and its been great. Simple and clean.
Great experience with App and Support. Stefano answered my inquiry in a prompt and professional manner. Thank you!
Great app—easy to use, includes the important features to create a good form, and offers very helpful customer service.
One of the few apps that supports Shopify Email. Very easy to use. Kudos to the team!
Great app with many options to make the forms work for many use cases. Quick responses from the support. Definitely an app to recommend.
Says works with Zapier... Doesn't work with zapier.
Hello Tamco Paint Manufacturing,
I am very disappointed, that you have not contacted me once before leaving a 1-star review, though Formful integrates with Zapier by leveraging the webhook integration.
Unfortunately, I had no chance to assist you because you didn't reach out to me.
To make sure this does not happen again, I added a help article that shows how to use Zapier with Formful:

I hope you give Formful another chance.
Best regards
Stefano
Love the capabilities of this app! The owner was very helpful in adding my theme to the offerings so I could customize it how I wanted. Highly recommend!
