I love this app! It is so fun seeing real time visitors on my website and engaging in conversations with them.

I did no research on live chat apps and just picked one that showed up in Google.

I was blown away. It just works, right out of the box. So simple, and effective.

However, don't tell your friends you have it on your site, they will troll you.

I have installed this app a month ago and i am very satisfied, the customer service is very efficient. I am impatient to have the mobile app linked to it, i badly need to receive automatic notifications of chat on my Ipad. This is a must this company needs to work on very quickly.

I love this app - i thought i would need LiveTalk, but this has generated extra 20% in site sales in the first week!

Works well, but (to my understanding) messages received while agents are offline don't have a contact option, so I'm not sure how we would get back to them. Otherwise very happy with how the app works!

Super easy to use! Easy navigation and user-friendly - I was online chatting within minutes! Definitely the app of choice to support customers online! Mobile and tablet friendly doesn't hurt either:)
