Using the Minimog theme and it's great! It gives my website a fresh new look and features that I was missing. The customer service is unparalleled, Kai and Brian was able to assist with my customizations quickly and efficiently without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Good app with lots of features. I use Minimog combined with this app.
One tip for the developers: add multilingual translations in app for ALL the features, also for popup newsletter, countdown, stock, size chart etc.
Otherwise the procedure is more complex because you need to translate the store metafields manually

FoxKit has been one of the most valuable apps in our Shopify stack. The upsell and cross-sell features are extremely easy to set up and have a direct impact on our AOV. The app is lightweight, stable, and works perfectly with our theme.
What really stands out is the support team — incredibly fast, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. If you’re looking to boost conversions without complicated setups, this app is a must-have.

After upgrading to a paid plan, you get access to live-chat support—and it’s stellar. The team is quick, friendly and genuinely committed to solving any issue.

What holds the app back are the tight plan limits. On the €14 tier you’re capped at just 10 product bundles or 10 related-product blocks, which barely scratches the surface for a larger catalogue. Jumping to the unlimited plan costs around €90, a steep lift for young brands. I don’t recall the limits being this strict when I first installed the app, so that change feels disappointing.

That said, the mega-menu and several other features work beautifully, so overall I’d give it 3 / 5 stars—great support and solid tools, but restrictive pricing.

Foxkit has made our store so much better than just using a "standard" theme. We also use the Foxify Page Builder, among other things, and everything from functionality to fantastic support is top-notch! Often, they go above and beyond the usual support services. Thanks again for that! :)

Awesome customer support!
I installed FoxKit to get a "notify me" button for out of stock product. The text could not be translated in local languages for my international customers. I was considering installing the app and thought I would give the technical support team a chance to fix it. Usually, customer support team take not of the issue but rarely fix it.
Here, the technical team was able to fix the issue within hours!
So five start technical support.
Now, I remove a star because that type of bug should be seen and fixed by the dev team before the app is released.
